Appellant Todd Russell Paslay was convicted of malice murder, felony murder, two counts of cruelty to children in the third degree, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime in connection with the shooting death of his wife, Elizabeth Paslay. He appeals from the denial of his motion for new trial1 and, finding no error, we affirm.
