Following a jury trial, Jimmy Mullins was convicted of a single count of terroristic threats (OCGA § 16-11-37). He filed an amended motion for new trial, which was denied, and now appeals. Mullins alleges that the trial court erred in failing to give a sua sponte limiting instruction following the admission of improper bolstering testimony, evidence of prior difficulties, and bad character evidence...
