We granted appellant Paul Dove's application for interlocutory appeal to consider whether the trial court erred by ruling that the parties' prenuptial agreement was unenforceable because it was required to be attested by two witnesses under OCGA § 19-3-63 but was not. Lauri Dove has filed a cross-appeal, contending that the trial court erred in ruling that the prenuptial agreement satisfied the criteria of Scherer v. Scherer.
