Following a jury trial, Russell Lenardis Robinson was found guilty of conspiracy to traffic marijuana, attempt to traffic marijuana, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony. Robinson pursued and was granted an out-of-time appeal, following which he filed, and later amended, a motion for new trial.
