Christopher Lynn Bragg was indicted for rape, statutory rape, and child molestation. The indictment specifically charged Bragg with child molestation by engaging in sexual intercourse with the victim. After a jury trial, he was acquitted of the first two charges and convicted of child molestation. Bragg was sentenced to twenty years, ten in confinement and the remainder on probation.
