Gladys Bonney pled not guilty by reason of insanity on two counts of aggravated stalking. The court then heard evidence and acquitted the accused based on a finding of insanity. The court entered judgment on October 30, 2007, and retained jurisdiction pending a determination of the form of treatment Bonney should receive for her mental illness.
