Following a bench trial, Richard Dennis Whitehead was found guilty under OCGA § 16-6-5.1(b) of nine counts of sexual assault against a person enrolled in a school. He was sentenced to thirty years on each count, twenty years to serve in confinement and ten years on probation, the sentences to be served concurrently. Whitehead appeals the denial of his amended motion for new trial, arguing that the evidence was insufficient to support the conviction...
