Following a stipulated bench trial, Kyle Locher appeals his conviction for trafficking in methamphetamine,1 contending that the trial court erred in (i) denying his motion to suppress, (ii) finding he did not carry his burden of showing ineffective assistance, and (iii) denying his motion for new trial. We hold that the grounds now argued for the motion to suppress were waived (having not been argued below)...
