Robert Smith appeals an order denying his motion to correct illegal sentence filed under Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.800(a). Smith argues that his prison releasee reoffender (PRR) sentences are illegal because the trial court, not a jury, found that he qualified for such a sentence.
