Appellant Helen Akuwudike appeals the trial court's August 26, 2020 order that purportedly dismissed this case for lack of prosecution pursuant to Florida Rule of Civil Procedure 1.420(e). We quash the challenged order because the trial court lacked procedural jurisdiction1 to enter the order.
