Michael Ruffin appeals the trial court's order dismissing his mandamus petition without prejudice and providing leave to file an amended petition. Because the trial court's order is a nonfinal, nonappealable order, this Court dismisses the appeal for lack of jurisdiction. See Hancock v. Piper,
