Ryan Scott CONNELL, Appellant, v. STATE of Florida, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fifth District.

Opinion filed June 4, 2021.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Matthew J. Metz , Public Defender, and Andrew Mich , Assistant Public Defender, Daytona Beach, for Appellant.

Ashley Moody , Attorney General, Tallahassee, Roberts J. Bradford, Jr. and Kellie A. Nielan , Assistant Attorneys General, Daytona Beach, for Appellee.
