People's Trust Insurance Company (the "insurer") appeals from a non-final order denying its motion to dismiss and compel appraisal, as well as repairs, in the first party proceedings commenced by Edouard and Marie Marzouka (the "insureds") below. For the following reasons, we dismiss in part and affirm in part.
