After a sale of real property, this dispute arose over a parking easement. Soknoh Partners, LLC (the Buyer), filed an action to quiet title against Audio Visions South, Inc., George T. Liu, and Susan Raye Liu (collectively, the Defendants). The Buyer also alleged a second count against the Lius for slander of title.
