Juaquan Antonio Hall ("Hall") appeals his conviction of first-degree murder and two counts of attempted robbery with discharge of a firearm, as well as the fifty-year sentence as a juvenile for the murder. Although we affirm on all issues, we write only to address Hall's Eighth Amendment challenges based on Miller
