SMITH v. STATE

Case No. 5D20-866.

313 So.3d 240 (2021)

Jonisha SMITH, Appellant, v. STATE of Florida, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fifth District.

Opinion filed March 12, 2021.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Matthew J. Metz , Public Defender, and Edward J. Weiss , Assistant Public Defender, Daytona Beach, for Appellant.

Ashley Moody , Attorney General, Tallahassee, and Deborah A. Chance , Assistant Attorney General, Daytona Beach, for Appellee.

Appellant, Jonisha Smith, appeals the order revoking her probation. We affirm the revocation and hold that there is competent, substantial evidence to support the revocation based on Appellant's violation of Condition 1 for failing to report and Condition 5 for committing a new law violation by driving with a suspended license.
