The insured appeals from the circuit court's final order granting the insurer's motion to dismiss her amended complaint for bad faith with prejudice. She argues the circuit court erred in finding her civil remedy notice was ineffective as a matter of law because she misidentified the insurer as "USAA Casualty Insurance Company"
