In these consolidated appeals, Ricardo Suarez and Coral Gables Imports ("CGI") both challenge the denial below of their respective motions for attorneys' fees and costs.1 The sole issue on appeal meriting further discussion is whether the act of affixing a Summary Reporting System ("SRS")
