SMITH v. STATE

Case No. 5D19-1654.

298 So.3d 1251 (2020)

Robin Cornellius SMITH, Appellant, v. STATE of Florida, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fifth District.

Opinion filed June 12, 2020.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

James S. Purdy , Public Defender, and Robert Jackson Pearce, III , Assistant Public Defender, Daytona Beach, for Appellant.

Ashley Moody , Attorney General, Tallahassee, and Wesley Heidt , Assistant Attorney General, Daytona Beach, for Appellee.

We affirm the trial court's order denying Appellant's motion to correct sentencing error. It is clear that Appellant was not sentenced to community control; thus, conditions 12-15 were not imposed and do not apply to him in this case.

AFFIRMED.
