BARKLEY v. STATE

Case No. 5D19-2141.

288 So.3d 1272 (2020)

Quentin BARKLEY, Appellant, v. STATE of Florida, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fifth District.

Opinion filed January 24, 2020.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

James S. Purdy , Public Defender, and Edward J. Weiss , Assistant Public Defender, Daytona Beach, for Appellant.

Ashley Moody , Attorney General, Tallahassee, and Allison Leigh Morris , Assistant Attorney General, Daytona Beach, for Appellee.

ON CONCESSION OF ERROR

Quentin Barkley appeals the judgment and sentence imposed upon him after the trial court found he violated his probation. We affirm but, as the State properly concedes, "remand solely for entry of a proper order revoking probation." Mitchell v. State, 263 So.3d 252
