ON CONFESSION OF ERROR

Pursuant to the Department of Revenue's Confession of Error, we reverse the trial court's March 29, 2019 order denying the petition to vacate final order and arrears and remand this matter to the trial court for further proceedings. See Fla. Fam. L. R. P. 12.540(b).
