Victor Manuel Amaro appeals the denial of his amended Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850 motion for postconviction relief, which alleged six grounds of ineffective assistance of trial counsel. The postconviction court summarily denied grounds II, V, and VI and denied grounds I, III, and IV following an evidentiary hearing.
