MILLER, J.
Appellant, Isabel del Pino Allen, appeals the trial court's order granting final summary judgment in favor of appellee, Juan Santelises, based upon the application of absolute immunity. For the reasons that follow, we conclude that the statements forming the basis for Allen's action are cloaked in absolute immunity, thus we affirm.
