ALI v. WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.

Case No. 5D15-2796.

264 So.3d 1096 (2019)

Mohammed N. ALI, Appellant, v. WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., etc., Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fifth District.

Opinion filed February 15, 2019.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Michael P. Fuino , of Weidner Law, P.A., St. Petersburg, for Appellant.

Kimberly S. Mello , Laura J. Bassini and Vitaliy Kats , of Greenberg Traurig, P.A., Tampa, for Appellee.

We affirm the final judgment in all respects except for the attorney's fee award. Because Wells Fargo failed to present any competent, substantial evidence to support the number of hours spent on the case, the hourly rate, or the total fee, we reverse that portion of the final judgment awarding attorney's fees.1
