Appellant Westchester Fire Insurance Company, LLC (Lee Construction Group, Inc.'s surety) appeals from a final judgment, following a jury trial, entered in favor of Kesoki Painting, LLC. Because we find that Westchester was not entitled to a directed verdict, we affirm.
