Kelvin Madison was convicted of capital sexual battery, lewd or lascivious molestation, attempted capital sexual battery, and false imprisonment. On appeal, he argues that inadmissible evidence — his refusal to submit a DNA sample at an interview before he was arrested — was erroneously admitted.
