KING v. STATE

Case No. 2D15-2723.

232 So.3d 523 (2017)

Mychal T. KING, Appellant, v. STATE of Florida, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Second District.

December 22, 2017.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Howard L. Dimmig, II , Public Defender, and Richard J. Sanders , Assistant Public Defender, Bartow, for Appellant.

Pamela Jo Bondi , Attorney General, Tallahassee, and Cornelius Christopher Demps , Assistant Attorney General, Tampa, for Appellee.

Mychal King challenges his judgment and sentence for first-degree murder. We affirm his judgment and sentence without comment but dismiss the portion of the appeal challenging the trial court's denial of the motion to disqualify, rendered after the notice of appeal was filed, because we lack jurisdiction to consider this issue.
