Appellant filed a rule 3.850 motion for postconviction relief raising six claims — five claims of ineffective assistance of counsel and one claim of cumulative error. The postconviction court held an evidentiary hearing on all of the claims in the motion and thereafter issued an order ruling on only three of the six claims.
