Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Andy Thomas , Public Defender, and M.J. Lord , Assistant Public Defender, Tallahassee, for Appellant.

Pamela Jo Bondi , Attorney General, and Daniel Krumbholz , Assistant Attorney General, Tallahassee, for Appellee.
