By this opinion, we affirm the postconviction court's granting of a new trial to defendant Jacob John Dougan, Jr., for a 1974 Jacksonville murder because of multiple significant problems in his trial, including the false testimony of the key witness against Dougan, and the actions of his own lawyer...
