Balbina and Lawrence Young appeal a final summary judgment of foreclosure entered in favor of Nationstar Mortgage, LLC. We reverse because Nationstar failed to satisfy its summary judgment burden of demonstrating that a defense raised by the Youngs is legally insufficient.
