Abraham Segall appeals from a final judgment of foreclosure in favor of Wachovia Bank, N.A. as trustee for J.P. Morgan Mortgage Trust 2005A8. Among several issues raised on appeal, we write solely to address Segall's claim that Wachovia failed to prove its standing to foreclose. We agree and reverse.
