Gotham Insurance Company ("Appellant") appeals the denial of its motion to vacate an amended default final judgment. Although Appellant was not a party to the action below, Lake Buena Vista Vacation Resort, L.C. ("LBV"), brought a cross-claim against Appellant's insured, Coastal Title Insurance, Co. ("Coastal").1
