Defendant appeals from an order denying his motion to correct illegal sentence under Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.800. Defendant alleges the thirty-year sentence imposed for his conviction on the charge of second-degree murder violates Heggs v. State, 759 So.2d 620 (Fla. 2000).
