Shelby Ann Spicer, the employee, appeals the trial court's order granting Tenet's motion to compel arbitration. She argues that the trial court erred for several reasons. We are persuaded by two of her arguments: (1) her employment agreement, standing alone, did not contain a legally sufficient agreement to arbitrate; and (2) her employment agreement did not sufficiently incorporate by reference a separate document which did contain a legally sufficient...
