Defendant Kevin Jones ("Defendant") pled guilty to one count of robbery with a weapon and received a youthful offender sentence of one year community control, followed by three years of probation. An affidavit of violation of community control was subsequently filed alleging Defendant failed to remain confined to his approved residence by going to a grocery store without prior approval from his community...
