PER CURIAM.

Oberist Saunders (defendant) appeals the trial court's order summarily denying his motion for post-conviction relief, filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. For reasons set forth below, grounds I, II, and III are remanded to the trial court to either attach record documents that will conclusively refute the grounds or to conduct an evidentiary hearing. We affirm as to ground IV.
