Mark Jeffrey Grant appeals the trial court's confirmation of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority ("FINRA") arbitration award entered in favor of Denise Jardin Rotolante. We find that Mr. Grant was not obligated to arbitrate Ms. Rotolante's claims, and therefore, reverse.
