Mitchell Wiggins appeals the circuit court's order denying his motion to vacate the final judgment entered against him in favor of Tigrent, Inc., f/k/a Whitney Information Network, Inc., a Colorado corporation (Tigrent). Mr. Wiggins also asked the circuit court to dismiss the action as to him. Because the circuit court lacked personal jurisdiction over Mr. Wiggins, the judgment against Mr. Wiggins was void.
