Jacob A. Wilkerson appeals his conviction and sentence for lewd or lascivious battery on a fourteen-year-old child. Wilkerson raises several issues on appeal, only one of which merits discussion. Following his conviction, Wilkerson was classified a dangerous sexual felony offender pursuant to section 794.0115(2), Florida Statutes (2012).
