Irina Romanyuk appeals her conviction and thirty-month prison sentence for possession of a controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia. See §§ 893.13(6)(a), .147, Fla. Stat. (2011). The trial court erroneously denied her request for a prescription defense jury instruction. Consequently, we reverse.
