Eddie Wayne Davis, a prisoner under sentence of death for whom a death warrant has been signed, appeals the circuit court's denial of his successive motion for postconviction relief, which was filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.851 after his death warrant was signed.
