Appellant Deborah Olson ("Olson"), a resident of Minnesota, was sued by appellees Daniel Robbie and Timothy Robbie ("the Robbies") for breach of contract. The parties are the children of Joe Robbie, founder and longtime owner of the Miami Dolphins. The Robbies alleged that the trial court had jurisdiction over Olson under Florida's long-arm statute because Olson failed to perform acts that were required to be performed in Florida pursuant to a contract...
