Celestor Ortez Gregory appeals his judgment and sentences for robbery with a weapon and battery. Appellant argues that the trial court erred in its instructions to the jury on self-defense and by denying his motion for judgment of acquittal on the robbery count. Appellant also argues that his convictions for robbery with a weapon and battery violate double jeopardy. We find no error based on double jeopardy...
