WARNER, J.

Nordlicht and seven others appeal from a non-final order which denied their motion to dismiss based on forum non conveniens grounds. They sought to transfer the case from Florida, the jurisdiction chosen by the plaintiff, to New York, the place of the defendants' residences. We affirm, concluding that the trial court did not abuse its discretion in denying the motion.
