In this second-tier certiorari proceeding, Marcia and Bruce Snell challenge the circuit court's order which reversed the county court's order denying attorney's fees to Mott's Contracting Services, Inc. (Mott's Contracting). The circuit court departed from the essential requirements of the law in concluding that Mott's Contracting is entitled to attorney's fees pursuant to the Construction Lien Law
