LOGUE, J.

Jorge Yero appeals his conviction of third-degree grand theft, arguing the trial court erred in denying his motion to dismiss the information. At trial, the State relied on the testimony of three witnesses who described Yero's actions as they appeared in a surveillance video. The video itself, however, was not played for the jury because it had been destroyed. Yero argues the State's failure to preserve the surveillance video warrants a reversal. We disagree...
