ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL FOR LACK OF JURISDICTION

ALTENBERND, Judge.

Mark Allen Donaldson appeals the postconviction court's order summarily denying his motion filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. The court denied the motion as untimely. Although that ruling appears correct, we dismiss this appeal because Mr. Donaldson, who is not entitled to the mailbox rule, filed his notice of appeal late.
