Appellants were injured in a car accident by a rental car paid for by an employer and authorized for an employee but driven by the employee's husband. Appellants appeal a summary judgment in favor of the employer finding the employer not vicariously liable for the actions of the employee's husband. We find that the trial court erred in granting summary judgment because there are material issues of fact in dispute that should be properly submitted to a jury...
