In 1981, Appellant was sentenced to six consecutive terms of 100 years in the custody of the Department. The trial court entered an order retaining jurisdiction over the first one-third of each of the Defendant's 100-year sentences pursuant to section 947.16, Florida Statutes, to review the Parole Commission's parole release order.
